Howard is the overall lead consultant for all projects. He is in the unique position of having wide ranging experience both in the education sector, having successfully set up an all-through Mainstream Free School in 2012-14, as well as having a long track record in the property development industry.
With his background in property development and knowledge gained in the education sector, he is in an ideal position to advise both education providers and developer/landowners on the services they may require to include their education requirements in tandem with planning strategy for new development.

Huw has extensive experience in the UK property industry, and has advised both private and, public sector organisations on all aspects of property development.
Huw is the lead contact from Skolar to advise on development and finance. This forms an important element of our service in presenting our education property expertise, as part of a planning strategy in securing planning approval on major mixed-use development projects, as well as protecting the interests of relevant education providers in a property context.

The founder of Sprunt Architects, Robert is an Urban Designer and Architect with over 30 years of industry experience.
Prior to forming the company, Robert was the Director of Development at the London Borough of Brent which gave him an exemplary understanding in delivering of eduction facilities in both the public and private sectors. In this context Robert has delivered some of the most high profile and complex urban regeneration projects in London. He is a dynamic and passionate leader who uses his knowledge and commitment to design to drive his team’s motivation to achieve success, on even the most complex projects.
Design Director -Sprunt Architects
Joel is an experienced architect with a keen interest in design development, working with stakeholders to produce projects that are socially, economically and ecologically sustainable.
Joel has experience of a diverse range of projects, particularly in education. Whilst working for Sprunt he has designed many schools including New North Community School in Islington which was selected by the National College of School Leadership as an exemplar on ‘how to design and build a primary school’.

Andrew specialises in work for Charity and Education clients and though his practice is widespread, he is particularly experienced in mergers and hive offs, most notably involving maintained Schools and Academies. Andrew also has a long and successful record of working with social enterprises.
Andrew is a member of the Charity Property Association and of the Register of property professionals for the Ethical Property Federation. He has had a number of articles published and is a regular speaker on Charity and Education property matters.
